The village of Naturno is located at the foot of the "Texelgruppe" nature park and is only 14 kilometres away from the well-known spa town of Merano. The location offers the perfect starting point for your exploration tours through the beautiful surroundings. We are located in the centre of the village in a quiet side street. Shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The flats are fully equipped and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The holiday flats are very quiet and you can watch the starry sky on the balcony or in the garden even in the cold season after a busy day. As a guest gift, you receive unlimited access to the nearby Adventure thermal bath with sauna areaThey can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Sustainability: The public transport network to nearby winter sports and ski resorts or to the Merano Christmas market is excellent and the stops are only a few minutes' walk away. The flats are located in a new "Klimahaus A" building with underground parking.

Are children and dogs allowed?
Children from the age of 6 are very welcome. Not far from us you will find a large children's playground. For older children, the nearby skate park with football pitch is a great place to romp around and "make new friends".
You are also welcome to bring your well-behaved and house-trained friend on four paws, please bring a dog bed and blanket.
Where can I park my car?
An underground parking space is available for your car directly in the building, and a lift will take you comfortably to your floor. Additional vehicles can be parked for a fee in the municipal car parks. It is possible to charge your e-car directly in the underground car park at the wallbox.
Is it true that I can use public transport free of charge?
The Südtirol Guest Pass is included in the price of your stay. This pass gives you free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol. You can find all the information here.
The bus stop to Merano/Meran or to the nearby villages is just a few hundred metres from the flat in the village centre of Naturno/Naturns. The train station is also only a 5-minute walk from Adler Living and departs approximately every half hour to hour, either in the direction of Vinschgau or Merano/Bolzano.
Is there a coffee machine in the flat?
Each flat is equipped with a Nespresso machine, sufficient capsules are available free of charge. In addition, a filter coffee machine incl. coffee powder is available for your breakfast coffee.
Where can I find the washing machine?
You have your own washing machine directly in the flat, it is located in your bathroom. We have also already provided detergent for you. The tumble dryer in the basement is shared by both flats.
May I use the barbecue on the balcony or in the garden area?
Of course, with pleasure! Could we ask you to clean it while it's still hot? Our dear cleaning fairies will thank you very much!
Is the Erlebnis-Therme Naturns also open in winter?
The adventure pool includes an outdoor pool and an indoor pool with thermal water. The thermal bath is also open in winter and is about 500 - 600 metres away from us in the Feldgasse.
Our guests have unlimited free access to both the swimming pool and the sauna area.

What is the check-in procedure?
Check-in is simple and straightforward. Check-in and handing over of the keys take place at the campsite reception in the adjacent building. You can park your car on the camping grounds during check-in, and we will accompany you from there to the underground car park and then to the flat. Please bring your identity cards or passports with you!
Until how late do I have to vacate the flat?
We ask our valued guests to vacate the flat by 10:00 a.m. so that we have enough time to make it ready for your successors in time.
The bill will be settled again at the reception of the campsite, we ask you to pay the extras like dog and local tax in cash.
