The two Adler Living holiday flats are located in the heart of the sun-drenched village of Naturno, which is just 14 kilometres from the spa town of Merano. The flats are characterised by their very central yet quiet location, from which all shops, restaurants, bars, museums, etc. as well as bus and train stops are within walking distance. Our 55 m² flats, which can accommodate 4 people each, consist of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a private washing machine. We welcome children aged 6 and over. House-trained and well-behaved dogs are also welcome for a fee. As a small gift, our guests receive free admission to the Naturno Thermal Spa and the South Tyrol Guest Pass for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol for the duration of their stay.
Both holiday flats are equipped with free WiFi, underfloor heating, an electric barbecue in the outdoor area, a Nespresso coffee machine and a 50-inch Smart TV with satellite and cable TV. Our guests also have access to a tumble dryer in the basement for communal use. Towels and bed linen are provided by us and are included in the price. Each flat has a private garage box in the underground car park, in which there is also a wallbox (two Schuko and one CEE socket) for charging electric cars and e-bikes for a fee. The hotel also has a bicycle parking space in the underground car park and a lift, which our guests can use to easily bring their suitcases to their flat.

The highlight of the Ader Living penthouse flat is a spacious penthouse loggia and a bedroom balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain scenery.

In the Adler Living garden flat, our guests enjoy a sunny private garden with a cosy terrace, which offers a view of the picturesque Naturnser Nörderberg.

Where can I park my car?
There is an underground car park directly in the building for your car. A lift takes you comfortably from the underground car park to your floor. You can charge your e-car or e-bike directly in the underground car park at the wallbox. Additional vehicles can be parked in the municipal car parks for a fee.
Is it true that I can use public transport free of charge?
The Südtirol Guest Pass is included in the price of your stay. This pass gives you free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol. You can find all the information here.
The bus stop for the buses that take you to Merano/Meran or the nearby villages is about a 6-minute walk away in the centre of Naturno/Naturns. The train station is also just a 5-minute walk from the Adler Living flats and runs every half hour or hour, depending on the line, both in the direction of Vinschgau and in the direction of Merano or Bolzano (timetables for bus and train can be found on the app südtirolmobil).
Are children and dogs allowed?
Children aged 6 and over are very welcome here. There is a large children's playground for the little ones not far from the Adler Living flats (3 minutes' walk). The older kids can let off steam at the nearby skate park and the neighbouring football pitch (3 minutes' walk). You are also welcome to arrive with your well-behaved and house-trained four-legged friend. Please bring a dog bed and blanket with you. The pet fee will then be paid at the time of check-out.
Where can I find the washing machine?
You have your own washing machine directly in the bathroom of your holiday flat. We have also provided washing powder for you. The tumble dryer in the cellar is shared by both flats.
Is there a coffee machine in the flat?
Each flat is equipped with a Nespresso machine and capsules are available free of charge. There is also a filter coffee machine for your breakfast coffee.
Is the Erlebnis-Therme Naturns also open in winter?
The Erlebnis-Therme includes an outdoor pool, an indoor pool with thermal water and a sauna area. The indoor pool and sauna area are also open in winter. The structure is an 8-minute walk from the Adler Living Apartments at Feldgasse 5.

How do I use the barbecue on the loggia or in the garden area?
You can conveniently plug the barbecue into the socket and start barbecuing straight away. We and our hard-working cleaning fairies would be very grateful if you could clean the barbecue while it is still warm after use - the residues are easier to remove this way.
What is the check-in procedure?
Check-in and key handover take place at the Camping Adler reception in Lidostrasse 14 (opposite the Adler Living Apartments). You can park your car on the campsite during check-in. We will then accompany you from there to the underground car park and then to the respective flat. Please bring your identity cards or passports with you!
How does the check-out work?
We kindly ask our guests to vacate the holiday flat by 10:00 a.m. so that we have enough time to prepare it for subsequent guests. You will be billed at the Camping Adler reception in Lidostrasse 14 (opposite the Adler Living Apartments) in the same way as at check-in.
